Support Networks

A strong network of people that can help and support you is essential and extremely beneficial in over-coming stress, improving your well-being, and acts as a shield against life stressors.
On the other hand if you isolate yourself and don't have a good network of people it can add to the damage of stress, mental disorders, and make you more emotionally vulnerable.

Some people that can build up a good support network are:
- Siblings (brothers and sisters)
- Parents (mum, dad, step mum, step dad)
- Counsellor
- Teachers
- House Coordinator/ Grade Coordinator
- Homeroom teacher
- Close friends
- Online chat groups
- Call centres
- Neighbours

Talk to these people about what is on your mind and listen to their advice. Even just having someone to have a little rant to or expressing your overly dramatic scenarios to will make you feel a lot better and you might be able to take back some advice. Always be open to others advice even if you don't like the idea.
